Listing is for layered tulle kelly green dress.
Fabric is light weight & fully lined in white fabric, layered with white tulle & topped with confetti print mesh. The ties are green with gold stars on the end of the strings. They can be tied on the shoulders or in the back.
For wash care- wash on cold/delicate/ hang dry.
Do not use fabric softeners or bleach or strong detergents. Do not use heat.
A stretch test is performed before each garment is shipped out.
